Dr. McEntire and Sarah at the Lex office were so professional and courtesy but beyond that they are kind and welcoming. I was extremely nervous but they made me feel safe. The whole procedure was very quick and they were able to answer all my questions and give me follow up procedures. No one likes having dental work and I hate it but if you need such treatment there is no where better to go. Thanks for everything, guys!

I needed an unexpected root canal 4 days before leaving the country. Palmetto Endodontics worked me in and made sure I had everything needed after my procedure. The staff was friendly, office clean and Dr Barrett was wonderful. He informed me what he was doing with every step of the procedure. His bedside manner was professional, courteous and technique was flawless with no discomfort once I was numbed.

The staff was so friendly and helpful answering any questions completely. Dr. Barrett was very detailed in our discussion of the procedure and answered questions thoroughly. During the procedure he asked if I was doing OK and made sure I was comfortable and not having any issues. He did an excellent job with this procedure and even located an additional root canal in the tooth which does not usually occur in most patients. He was never hurried with what he was doing even though some canals were calcified and harder to clear out.

Dr. Barrett was wonderful. He told me what would be done showing me on the xray. When finished they took another xray and he explained what and where he did the root canal. He told me I'd be sore a few days and to take ibuprofen. Happy with his work and his staff.
