By far, Dr. Barrett, this facility and staff are the best of the best, Dr. Barrett's level of empathy, along with his staff is priority to make you experience what is mostly perceived as an unpleasant (root canal) procedure, to be completed with a swift, yet thorough and effective positive treatment approach. My scheduled procedure from time of request from my referring dentist located on the northeast side of Richland County to me sitting in Dr. Barrett's examination room on West Main Street in Lexington was less than 2 hours! The entire staff at this facility was accommodating without compromise, and Dr. Barrett's thorough explanation convinced me that I had made the right decision to have a much needed root canal procedure performed and had chosen the best care team throughout the Midlands, and beyond! The prompt "day after follow-up procedure call" was also professional, courteous and confirmed this office' promise of caring and to assist their clientele! Dr. McEntire and Sarah at the Lex office were so professional and courtesy but beyond that they are kind and welcoming. I was extremely nervous but they made me feel safe. The whole procedure was very quick and they were able to answer all my questions and give me follow up procedures. No one likes having dental work and I hate it but if you need such treatment there is no where better to go. Thanks for everything, guys!
