I love that there were no surprises. Cost was explained prior to my appointment. Reception staff was warm and welcoming. The Dental Hygienist and Doctor explained my problem and what the solution would be. I was nervous but during the root canal they checked in often and explained what they were doing. It was well worth the drive and money.

Went for a root canal but X-ray indicated tooth decay under existing crown. Dr. Barrett removed the crown, cleaned decay and temporarily filled remaining tooth for general dentist to determine if it was best to pull it. He saved me the expense of the root canal, since ultimately it was pulled.

Great experience. Everyone at the Forest Dr office from beginning to end were friendly. Dr Barrett and his assistant were professional, kind, and concerned about my wellbeing throughout the procedure. I wasn’t excited to get a root canal, but they made it as pleasant as possible. Very Clean facility, staff was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The doctor and his assistant was extremely nice , honest and understanding . Dentist office is not my favorite place to go but I would highly recommend Dr Barrett and this office

Dr Spitz was very pleasant and professional . She did an excellent job with the root canal and stitching on my gums . I'm sure it was a difficult procedure. The next day I expected my mouth to be sore , to my surprise there was very little discomfort. I'm sure it was because of Dr Spitz and her attention to detail .

My experience at Palmetto Endodontics was great. The staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Spitz was also professional and her chair side manner was the best. Dr. Spitz made my entire procedure was easy and comfortable. I had my consultation at the Summit office and my root canal procedure at the Forest Drive office. I am pain free. I would recommend Palmetto Endodontics to anyone if they need a dental procedure.

They scheduled me for Summit because it was closer to my house. I have a serious phobia of dentist and do not do well with new people. But EVERYONE at the Summit location is awesome, from the check-in, to the checkout and everyone else you come in contact with in between. Words really can't describe the atmosphere.
