They scheduled me for Summit because it was closer to my house. I have a serious phobia of dentist and do not do well with new people. But EVERYONE at the Summit location is awesome, from the check-in, to the checkout and everyone else you come in contact with in between. Words really can't describe the atmosphere. It's friendly, inviting, and when you leave you feel like you've made new friends. I wish there were more stars to give!

I was absolutely over the top satisfied with how smooth and painless my root canal procedure was at Palmetto Endodontics! I came in a little anxious because of all the horror stories I’d heard, but my experience was the complete opposite. There was no pain at all, and I left feeling completely satisfied. Not only did they provide excellent care during the procedure, but they also kept their word and followed up with a call the next day to check on me. That extra level of care made a huge difference, and I woke up feeling great, like I never even had a procedure done! A wonderful experience with what can be a scary procedure (a root canal). All of the staff were warm and friendly. Dr McEntire checked on me throughout the procedure to make sure I was comfortable and not in pain. The office also called me the day after to check and make sure I was doing well.

This office has the best of technology at there finger tips. The screens are in 3-D and assist them in explaining the procedure. The office and dental area are clean and has a professional appears. The staff were friendly and most of all very polite. I was especially pleased with the work of Dr April and her assistant. This was a pleasant experience and I appreciate it very much. They answered all my questions and made me feel confident about what they were doing. From the receptionist to personnel involved they were 5 stars professionals. I received a follow-up call from the office about my experience. I was pleased and the procedure was painless and I had no swelling.
