I was apprehensive about my appointment and confused on which tooth we were doing. Dr April went over everything so I was clear and the procedure was quick and pain free. The staff is very congenial and attentive and the office was clean and well appropriated. Overall 10 I would recommend them highly.

This was my first time experiencing a root canal and I was nervous. But from the first time I spoke with someone on the phone until the procedure was done, everyone was polite and acted with a sense of urgency. I called on a Saturday and got a early morning appt. on that following Monday. The process was easy. I gave my insurance info and I got a quote within the hour. Got there about 8:05. Didn't have to wait more than a few minutes. The nurse was welcoming and extremely polite. Dr. Barrett came in with good spirit and made me feel hopeful about saving my teeth. He got the decay out, preformed 2 root canals. And got me out within the hour, literally. I was done by 9. Very minimal pain, honestly didn't feel much of anything. This was a great visit and I would recommend everyone to this office.

I had a complicated root canal done seven months ago. The procedure was long and excruciating and my face blew up like a balloon afterwards. Several months later, it became obvious my tooth was still infected due to excruciating headaches. I decided to go to a new endodontist and found Dr. McEntire online. I was dreading my appointment but knew I needed to go. Long story short, the day after my procedure I have little to no swelling or pain. I am overjoyed! Dr. McEntire is very skilled, has great communication skills, and best of all, he’s a horseman. Seriously, I highly recommend Palmetto Endodontics and especially for scaredycats like me.

Excellent service! Great response time. Staff was very friendly. Dr Barrett was great he made sure To explain the procedure and asked often if I was ok. The procedure was fast and painless except for the first numbing injection. I had some pain the next couple of days, but that was taken care of with Tylenol

I was a bit nervous coming to this appointment. I even brought my “security blanket” jacket with me just in case. But from beginning to end I had the BEST experience! The front staff were kind and professional, the dental assistants were awesome, and Dr. Jett was incredible!!! He was gentle, kind, caring, and very excellent!!! I told him that I was thinking about my review during the procedure, and all I could think of was, ‘I’m at a Dental Spa!’ It was that Special and Great! Thank you Dr. Jett and staff!!! RR
