For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Care Credit (6-month plan). We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered. If you have questions regarding your account, please feel free to contact our office. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
Payment for consultation appointments is due at the time of service. We will file a claim with your insurance company and reimburse you if any benefits are paid. For treatment appointments, we will contact your insurance company to obtain an estimate of their expected coverage for your procedure. You will be responsible for the difference at the time of your appointment. If your insurance company ultimately covers more or less than what they estimated, then we will either refund or bill you accordingly. Patients are responsible for all costs not covered by insurance.
Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
