This was my 1st visit to Palmetto Endodontics and I could not be more pleased at the complete process. Ease of scheduling, appointment reminders, short waiting room time, the absolutely nicest staff, outstanding Dr Mayes McEntire. They are the best I have "EVER" engaged with at any office visit for any type of business. The procedure was absolutely pain free to the point I dosed off. Relaxing atmosphere. I just moved to the area and needed to find a great dental/endodontists office and I literally hit the jackpot with this group. I had called multiple endodontics and the pricing is fair in comparison. They are definitely in a class of their own by far. They are Rock Star Status as fas I am concerned.

Not my first root canal, so I have prior procedures to compare this one to. Dr McEntire did a great job. Not totally painless, but he had to go to the end of the tooth to get all the infection. I think he did a great job considering the complications involved. I would ask for Dr McEntire again if I ever need another root canal.

Phenomenal experience with Dr. Barrett and his team - best experience I have ever had with any dental procedure! Showed at 0730 for 0800 appointment. Was in chair at 0745, numb (painless) by 0815 and complete by 0900. Numbness wore off by 1000 and absolutely no pain from root canal! I would adamantly recommend him to all of my own family - simply the very best!

I hate to get all excited about a root canal but the folks at Palmetto Endodontics were great! Called before the procedure to give me a lay of the land, promptly saw me upon arriving, openly talked me through the procedure and followed up with me the day after the procedure. Very caring and professional folks.

I wanted to be put to sleep, they don't do that, but Dr McEntire assured me he will take care of me. He delivered. Because of his concern of my fear he kept me post on what was going on and all my fear was for nothing. I give him a 10+. Thanks Doctor McEntire. I have never given all 5's but these folks are good at what they do.

I was referred to Palmetto Endodontics for a probable root canal by my regular dentist. My appointment with P.E. was the same day I saw my regular dentist. At P.E., Dr. Jett did a quick examination, and laid-out my options. I chose the root canal, which he promptly took care of within the hour. There was no pain during the procedure. Dr. Jett was very efficient and thorough with the entire procedure. He, the technical staff, and office personnel were very nice and helpful throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend Palmetto Endodontics to anyone with endodontal issues.

Palmetto Endodontics deserves an award. From the moment you step into their office you are warmly greeted. The staff is wonderful. Once you head to the back, the experience is even better. This may seem simple, but the dental chairs are the most comfortable I’ve ever experienced. My endodontic retreatment was well done by Dr Jett. He explained what was going to be done and what options I had. When it was all said and done I had no more pain after it healed. I even received a phone call from a staff member to see how I was doing after the procedure. It was the best dental procedure I’ve ever experienced. Thank you Palmetto Endodontics

I experienced my first root canal today and fell in love with Dr. Mayes. He made me feel very comfortable as he walked me through the process. He has the best numbing technique I have ever seen. I was very impressed with the staff, and everyone was so friendly. I recommend 10 out of 10!!!

Outstanding !! Referred by my dentist for evaluation. Required root canal, my first and was terrified from stories I had heard. Dr Spitz immediately took time to explain the procedure & calm my fears. Procedure went so smoothly & NO PAIN, during or after. 3 weeks later another questionable tooth went viral and again Dr. Spitz came to the rescue. Not only did she see me immediately, but stayed late, with incredible staff to perform another amazing root canal. Words cannot express my overwhelming thanks to Dr Spitz & incredible staff. Dr. McEntire and the staff at palmetto endodontics showed and welcomed me with great hospitality and the service was phenomenal. I was a little afraid to get a root canal done because of previous issues from a different doctors office, but Dr. McEntire performed the procedure and made sure I knew every step he was making. Now I’m able to drink a nice cold glass of water without having a jolt of pain running through my tooth. I would definitely recommend this dentist office to anyone. Thanks again
