This is my first visit to Palmetto Endodontics and was receiving a root canal. I felt comfortable and at ease from the moment I walked in the door! I was greeted with a smile and a good morning. The waiting area furniture was comfortable and the office is well designed. It was very clean yet comfortable. The staff and Dr. Barrett were very professional, nice and personable. If I ever need anything again, they will be my first call and I will recommend them to anyone I know! The pictures in the office are all of local South Carolina places which is a great touch.

I love Dr. Barrett! He is an absolutly EXCELLENT Endodontist! It never hurts when he does a root canal on my teeth. I have had several. He is friendly and extremely nice. I will not let anyone else work on my teeth. I highly recommend him and his business to EVERYONE! You cannot go wrong with Dr. Barrett and Palmetto Endodontics! His staff are also WONDERLAND! This is an A++++ business! They care about every patient. The facilities are clean and fresh and everyone who works there are a big glass of AWESOME sauce!!!!!
