Dr. Barrett and his team did a phenomenal job with my dental care. I went in feeling nervous due to past experiences at other offices, but he and his team did a great job making me feel comfortable. Dr. Barrett is very knowledgeable and gives great advice on current and future treatments. As soon as the procedure was over I was left speechless because I thought there would be more to it, but he was gentle and kind and it allowed for a smooth procedure. I will definitely be coming back to him if I need any future endodontic work. Great staff, great facility, and overall great experience.

I highly recommend Dr Barrett. He was very professional, explained the procedure before he started and kept me informed during the process. It is the day after the procedure now and there is no pain in my tooth. It was a little tender when I awoke, but I never experienced pain.

Each time I have visited Dr. April Spitz for treatment regardless of the amount of time between visits, I am impressed, pleased and grateful for the professionalism and care of the staff as well as Dr. Spitz. Always willing to discuss care in a way that I understand, I appreciate the empathy of the care team. Palmetto Endodontics is the only root canal specialist I go to because they make the experience comforting. I also appreciated that Dr. Spitz is well respected in the Tricare and the VA insurance network. Gets a 10 on a 5 scale, that's how good she is.
