The overall experience at this dental office with the doctor and staff was extremely professional and kind. My discomfort was addressed quickly and efficiently. The Dr. even offered to make an appointment available during his lunch hour so that I could be seen to get me out of pain. And the office décor is incredible.

I had not had a root canal in many years and the last one was traumatic, I was terrified. Dr. Barrett and his staff were so great. During the procedure he and his assistant were such a well oiled machine that he only asked her for anything specific twice. And the front office staff even turned up the A/C when I mentioned that I had forgotten my sweater, and they brought me a blanket to the procedure room! I could not have asked for a better experience.

Overall my experience was FANTASTIC. I am from out of town and was afraid that any office I visited would require I do a consult and then schedule the root canal for day later, but to my amazement palmetto endodontics was able to see me and perform the root canal all on the same day. The actual procedure was excellent as well. I practically fell asleep it was so painless. The methods and technologies used seemed up to date and made for such a pleasant experience that I question why my regular dentist can't meet these standards. They even were sweet to my wife and son while they waited in the waiting room for me. Overall I am SO happy with my experience and cannot recommend them enough.

I have to report, my first ever root canal process was a breeze! My dentist confirmed the problem during emergency appointment and secured my "next morning" appointment with Dr. M. McEnitre before I completed my cleaning procedure! The anticipation and anxiety throughout the night was gone as the highly qualified staff and gentle manner with which Dr. McEntire attended to me got underway. Reassurances and process updates during the procedure were very calming. Such a "Pro" we have in Dr. McEntire here in the Columbia area, made my experience a positive one. The support staffers were kindly concerned and I feel I have New Friends in the area! I hope I may have many a chance to refer potential patients to this fine facility and doctor.

I always heard horror stories about how painful a root canal was. Everyone in the office excelled in easing that anxiety. During the procedure, Dr. McEntire was constantly checking with me to ensure things were going as painless as possible. I hope I don't need another root canal, but if I do it will be performed by Dr. McEntire.
