I had a very pleasant and comfortable experience with Dr. Barrett and staff for both my evaluation (Summit Centre office) and root canal (Forest Drive office). Dr. Barrett and staff put me at ease for both visits and provided explanations before, during and after the treatment. Dr. Barrett’s technique for local anesthesia and root canal was very gentle and compassionate and I tolerated the procedures with ease. I’m very grateful for his care and that my tooth was saved. I had no pain during the procedure and post-procedure I was fortunate to have very little discomfort, only needed to take over the counter pain reliever for a couple days. Thank you Dr. Barrett and staff for a job well done. Dr. Barrett is AWESOME and I highly recommend him.

I had broken a tooth and was in a lot of pain. I called the office at 1:00pm and they had me in an examination room that afternoon. Dr Barrett and staff were great! The office staff communicated with my dentist in Charleston, called in my needed meds and handled everything perfectly. They actually called and checked in on me the next day. I can’t thank them enough for making adjustments to their office and personal schedules in order to work me in that day. These people really care about their patients. It’s so good to see that these days.

I went to see Dr. Spitz for a retreat of a root canal, and I can honestly say she was absolutely amazing. I’ve had a lot of fear about getting dental work done because of past experiences, which led me to avoid the dentist for a long time. From the moment I met her, she made me feel completely comfortable. Dr. Spitz was so kind, patient, and genuinely caring. She talked me through everything, made sure I was okay the entire time, and never once made me feel judged for having bad teeth — only cared for. She helped me feel safe, cared for, and confident about finally taking care of my teeth again.
