After graduating first in his Dental School class from the Medical University of South Carolina, Dr. Barrett completed his residency at the University of Maryland then returned to South Carolina to practice.
He started Palmetto Endodontics in 2001 and has completed over 40,000 procedures.
Dr. Barrett has been continually rated as a top endodontist in the Columbia area.

Dr. Barrett and his wife, Crystal, have two sons (both attend Wofford College) and reside in Columbia. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time hanging out with his family and friends at Wofford, fishing in Montana, chilling at Folly Beach, travelling to watch professional baseball games and driving tractors at his timber farm.

Great experience; Dr Barrett is a true professional; the best of the best. Hey, you guys need to start a campaign to educate the public that root canals are not the dreaded experience from 20 to 25 years ago.
