After graduating first in his Dental School class from the Medical University of South Carolina, Dr. Barrett completed his residency at the University of Maryland then returned to South Carolina to practice.
He started Palmetto Endodontics in 2001 and has completed over 40,000 procedures.

Activities & Interests
Dr. Barrett and his wife, Crystal, have two sons (both attend Wofford College) and reside in Columbia. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time hanging out with his family and friends at Wofford, fishing in Montana, chilling at Folly Beach, travelling to watch professional baseball games and driving tractors at his timber farm.

I love Dr. Barrett! He is an absolutly EXCELLENT Endodontist! It never hurts when he does a root canal on my teeth. I have had several. He is friendly and extremely nice. I will not let anyone else work on my teeth. I highly recommend him and his business to EVERYONE! You cannot go wrong with Dr. Barrett and Palmetto Endodontics! His staff are also WONDERLAND! This is an A++++ business! They care about every patient. The facilities are clean and fresh and everyone who works there are a big glass of AWESOME sauce!!!!! Call them for your dental needs - you won't regret it and you will never go anywhere else! I've been to 2 of their locations and they were both beautiful!
