Dr. Todd Barrett is originally from Boiling Springs, SC. He remained in Spartanburg and attended Wofford College.
After graduating first in his Dental School class from the Medical University of South Carolina, Dr. Barrett completed his residency at the University of Maryland then returned to South Carolina to practice.
He started Palmetto Endodontics in 2001 and has completed over 40,000 procedures.

Dr. Barrett and his wife, Crystal, have two sons (both attend Wofford College) and reside in Columbia. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time hanging out with his family and friends at Wofford, fishing in Montana, chilling at Folly Beach, travelling to watch professional baseball games and driving tractors at his timber farm.

Everything was explained well and procedure went as explained. No complications afterward. Office assistant reached out the day following surgery to ensure all as well. We rescheduled original appointment due to a scheduled trip over seas and I am glad we did so. After surgery care would have been a little challenging with the flight, train and bus schedule we had throughout UK. I experienced no additional problems during the trip, so delaying the procedure was definitely the right call and I am glad we did it.

Everything went so well that I actually had to ask if they were finished and to my surprise, they were!
