Dr. Todd Barrett is originally from Boiling Springs, SC. He remained in Spartanburg and attended Wofford College.
After graduating first in his Dental School class from the Medical University of South Carolina, Dr. Barrett completed his residency at the University of Maryland then returned to South Carolina to practice.
He started Palmetto Endodontics in 2001 and has completed over 40,000 procedures.
Dr. Barrett has been continually rated as a top endodontist in the Columbia area.

Activities & Interests
Dr. Barrett and his wife, Crystal, have two sons (both attend Wofford College) and reside in Columbia. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time hanging out with his family and friends at Wofford, fishing in Montana, chilling at Folly Beach, travelling to watch professional baseball games and driving tractors at his timber farm.

I was referred to Dr. Barrett by my general dentist. I must admit that I was extremely nervous. Dr. Barrett was GREAT!! He had me done in such short time. It was my first root canal done. With the way Dr. Barrett does root canals, I can have a root canal done everyday! 🙂 The next day, I felt like nothing had been done to me at all. The staff is great! The environment is great! I rate Dr. Barrett 5 stars!!!
